How are case targets tracked for the promotional period?
We use a 4-4-5 calendar reporting system that divides the year into quarters of 13 weeks each in order to align reporting with the business cycles and ensure consistent comparisons, so you need to make sure you achieve your total and monthly case targets (based on cases delivered) within these periods to qualify for the relevant number of entries into the prize draw.
What are our 4-4-5 calendar quarter dates for Q4?
- October = September 29th to October 26th
- November = October 27th to November 23rd
- December = November 24th to December 26th
Additional note: Based on feedback on the October reporting period and to support fair outcomes, we have made the following adjustments:
- October Entries: Any outlets that would have achieved their case targets based on the full calendar month reporting will be deemed to have achieved their October case target, and will receive the full five General Bonus entries for the October period.
- October Deliveries: Cases delivered in the last week of October (October 27th – October 31st) fall within the November reporting period (October 27th to November 23rd) and will count toward your November case target, in line with our standard 4-4-5 reporting calendar.

Sales results are uploaded twice weekly, so please expect a slight delay between receiving your delivery and seeing the cases reflected in your dashboard.
